Who are SOLAS Rescues for?
These are boats that accompany Mega and Giga Yachts, mandatory for vessels over 600 GT (Gross Tonnage, which measures the internal volume of a boat).
These tenders are intended for rescue operations with safety systems that comply with current regulations, such as gyroscopic stabilizers and trim recovery systems, or engines with liquid shut-off valves designed to ensure safety and optimal performance in marine conditions, preventing fuel and coolant leakage.
The installed engines are SOLAS certified as they meet the standards and regulations established by the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea.
